Tree Issues

Realised that I have set myself a very awkward final idea for my elective unit. I don't think I will be able to do any decorating onto public trees without being beaten by the council/a park keeper :/ really don't know what I can do. The whole focus of this piece was supposed to be the documentation of people's reactions to the fake flowers/leaves/wire and viewing whether people went to an effort to remove them; how long the trees were left alone for etc. I was going to keep returning to them and re-decorating to add some humour and present the context of a battle between humans and nature/the seasons. Suggestions would be very welcome!
